The countdown is on! ElderBridge Care Foundation is heading to Alimosho for our upcoming Elder Wellness Outreach. Alimosho is home to a vast community of senior citizens, many of whom are currently facing economic hardships, isolation, and limited access to critical healthcare services.
True to our creed—Every Parent Deserves Care—this outreach is designed to bring healthcare, dignity, and vital resources right to their doorsteps. But we cannot do it alone. We need your hands and your heart to make a lasting difference.
In preparation for the outreach, we are launching a targeted sponsorship drive to provide vulnerable seniors with life-saving health monitoring tools. Your support will directly fund our Complete Wellness Packages.
The Goal: To equip as many elderly residents in Alimosho as possible with essential medical gear to manage their chronic conditions safely.
The Package: A sponsorship of ₦100,000 (≈ $75 USD) provides one senior citizen with an entire wellness package, including:
Blood Pressure Monitor for cardiovascular health tracking.
Blood Glucose Monitor for regular blood sugar management.
An ElderBridge curated care pack filled with essential aid and dignity items.
